Celebrate Dads with Donuts.
All interested dads will be given a donut as our gift to you. Donuts will be available before and after service.

Summer Mission Trip
Our Nazarene Missions International (NMI) and Nazarene Youth International (NYI) will be teaming up to lead a mission trip to the island of Saint Kitts in the Caribbean.
National Night Out Block Party
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

Our First Light photographers will be on hand to take family portraits on Easter Sunday, starting at 9am.

As part of our worship celebration, we will praise God for what he is doing at First Light Church! We will celebrate through baptisms and by recognizing new owners. God is truly doing something in our midst and it is a time to rejoice."Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!"

The Baptism Class will be at 9:15 am in Pastor Dave's office.

We offer a variety of small groups for the all the adults of our church.
Christmas Eve Family Service
Tuesday, December 24:
6:00 pm candlelight service.
Join us in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ this Christmas featuring live music, heartwarming fellowship, and a Christmas message.
We will have our annual cookie exchange following the service.

NYI Youth Retreat
Registration begins at 6:00 on November 8th Pick up is at 4:00 November 9th.
Cost: $25 per student (to help cover the cost of the food and game supplies). This can be paid with Venmo @MaineDistrict-NYI, cash, or check made out to Maine NYI.
What : This event will be for students from 6th to 12th grade. We will play games, do crafts, hang out with friends, and worship together as we prepare to engage in God’s mission in our communities.
Alabaster Sunday
The Nazarene Alabaster offering helps construct church buildings, schools, medical facilities, and other infrastructure and are distributed worldwide through the denomination's global missions program. Pick up an Alabaster Box in the church foyer, fill it with change, and bring it to church on Sunday, November 3.
Trunk or Treat
South Portland Community Trunk or Treat
Saturday, October 26, 11 am - 3 pm
21 Nelson St. South Portland
We would love to have many of our church family at the Trunk or Treat to show love to our community. You don't need to decorate a trunk or even wear costume, simply join with us as we pass out candy, play games, and interact with others. Use the form to sign up for a shift; 10:30-12, 12-1:30, or 1:30-3. Contact Pastor Dave and let him know you want to be involved, pastordavereiss@firstlight.love.

Option 1: Sign up at the table in the church foyer. Pastor Dave will purchase your tickets as part of our church group.
